Refund Policy:
Refunds are available only within seven (7) calendar days from the date of registration or until the issuance of the certificate, whichever occurs first.
Once a certificate, diploma, or official document has been issued, the registration is considered complete and non-refundable.
Procedure for Withdrawal:
Students who wish to withdraw must submit a written request to the Registrar’s Office within the refund eligibility period. After this period or after a certificate has been granted, no financial reimbursement will be processed.
Special Considerations:
Refunds are not applicable to honorary or Certified Professional License (CPL) awards, as these programs involve documentation, verification, and credential issuance upon registration and evaluation.
8. Guest and Distance Learning Policy
Washington Global University operates as a global e-learning institution, delivering all academic and professional programs through distance education.
All study, instruction, and training activities are conducted entirely via correspondence, using the university’s secure e-learning platform. Upon registration, learners and trainees receive access credentials, along with links to online training courses, digital textbooks, and reference materials.
The e-learning system allows participants to complete coursework at their own pace, communicate with instructors, and submit assessments electronically. No physical attendance, classroom presence, or in-person activity is required to complete any of the university’s programs or professional certificates.
This flexible structure ensures that Washington Global University remains accessible to students and professionals worldwide, supporting independent study, continuous learning, and academic advancement through digital means.

Academic records are confidential and maintained in accordance with international standards. Access is granted only to authorized personnel or the student concerned. Students may request official copies by written application.
12. Research Ethics and Compliance Policy
All research under WGU must adhere to ethical principles, ensuring participant safety, informed consent, and integrity in data collection and reporting.
Plagiarism or data manipulation in research is grounds for disciplinary action and possible revocation of academic awards.

In recognition of distinguished experience, professional contribution, or demonstrated effort, the University may issue honorary or Certified Professional Licenses (CPL) and similar credentials. These certificates are awarded in acknowledgment of professional achievement rather than academic coursework.
